Five years gone by...

On January 14th Nate turned five years old. Five years old!!! I was sad and proud on that day. I am sad that time is going by too fast and I am proud of the smart, caring, thoughtful boy we're raising. Nate is a joy to be around and these past five years have been such an awesome ride! We love you Natey Nate!!

Fun with Clara

We are lucky enough to spend a lot of time with our cousin Clara. We do a lot of fun things together, like a spending the morning at the Aquarium.

Sleepless in Seattle... with two small kids!

We spent a rainy November weekend in Seattle! We all had a blast seeing what Seattle has to offer and spending some quality family time together.
Nate and I cuddling on the top of the very windy Space Needle!
The Seattle Children's Museum had a Sesame Street exhibition and the kids loved it!

Another gorgeous day outside!

The weather is still so beautiful that I feel like we have to spend as much time as possible outside enjoying it. Today we decided to head to Maplewood Farm to check out the animals with cousin Clara and Aunty Jilly. The kids (and mommies) had a great time!!
Holly is such an animal lover. It doesn't matter if it's a puppy or a goat!!

Gorgeous day in Lions Bay!

We took a trip up to Lions Bay to a house that we had supplied a timber frame for. What a gorgeous spot right on the water. The kids and Otis really enjoyed hanging out at the beach....
